COMPANY BACKGROUND
LTA FOODS MANUFACTURING is engaged in growing cardava bananas, raw material selection, to processing and distribution of export quality banana chips. It started processing banana chips in 2013 and for the past five years it has grown its own organic banana plantation. Other supplies are generated by the neighboring banana plantation of Mindanao, Philippines. It is widely known that the Philippines specifically Mindanao has the most fertile soil and perfect climate suitable for growing quality bananas.

LTA FOODS MANUFACTURING is owned and operated by reputable and experienced businessman. It has more than 100 employees to run the entire operation. The company is equipped with competitive and hardworking production team and has the state of the art machineries. It continuously updates through trainings, seminars and makes sure it complies with international standards.
PLANT OPERATION
Harvest of fresh mature green fruits of Cardava (musa sapientum var. Saba) are delivered regularly by accredited farm owners and suppliers. These are peeled and processed within 24 hours to yield the finished product-banana chips-in various forms and formulations as required by customers.
LTA Foods Manufacturing aims to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction and good business relations. The raw materials, in various stages of processing, undergo strict monitoring for adherence to quality standards. Overall sanitation and hygiene are carried out under the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices. To ensure product safety strict implementation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is undertaken and regularly monitored and audited.
